These Terms of Use (also referred to as “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of the Website and services provided by OmniQuest Media Inc.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and OmniQuest Media Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner and operator of the XXXChatNow.com website (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Website.
1.2 By using the Website, you confirm that:
a) you meet the age requirement;
b) all information you provide is accurate and truthful;
c) your use of the Website does not violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
1.3 We do not knowingly allow minors to access the Website and will terminate any account found to be in violation of this section.

2. Adult Content Compliance

2.1 All performers appearing on the Website are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
2.2 The Website complies with applicable Canadian laws, including the Criminal Code provisions on obscene material, child sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate images.
2.3 We maintain age verification and identity records for all Models and Studio Operators in accordance with applicable law.
2.4 Any suspected illegal content will be removed, and relevant authorities will be notified.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To access certain features, you must register an account as a Member, Model, or Studio Operator.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.3 You agree to notify us immediately at General@XXXChatNow.com of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:
a) Violate any applicable law or regulation.
b) Engage in any activity involving minors, violence, bestiality, or non-consensual acts.
c) Upload, transmit, or display content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
d) Infringe on any intellectual property or proprietary rights.
e) Use the Website to solicit personal information from other users for unlawful purposes.
f) Circumvent technical measures or security controls on the Website.

5. Content Rules

5.1 User-Generated Content – As a Model or Member, you may upload or stream content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, transmit, and distribute it on the Website.
5.2 Prohibited Content – Any content that violates the law, including depictions of minors, revenge pornography, or content without full consent, is strictly prohibited.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payments for services, tips, or other transactions are processed through authorized third-party providers.
6.2 All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
6.3 Models and Studio Operators will be paid according to the terms of their individual agreements with the Company.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All Website content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Website content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
9.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting General@XXXChatNow.com.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
10.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
